You don't have a reach problem. You might have a right-people problem.
A free diagnostic prompt that tells you — in plain numbers — whether your Instagram followers are your future customers, or just an audience for someone else's offer.
Follower count is vanity. Fit is revenue.
Before you start, gather three things. It takes about 60 seconds.

Your Ideal Customer Profile
Here is my Ideal Customer Profile (ICP):
[DESCRIBE: age range, income/life stage, biggest pain point, what they want to achieve, what they'd pay for, where they hang out online]
Here is my current audience data (from IG Insights, screenshotted or described):
[PASTE: age range, gender split, top locations, active times, 30-day follower growth, and paste/describe 10-20 recent comments or DMs]
Analyze the gap between who I'm attracting and who I need to attract. Give me:
1. AUDIENCE FIT SCORE (0-100) — how closely my actual audience matches my ICP, with one sentence on what's driving the score up or down.
2. THE MISMATCH DIAGNOSIS — in plain terms, tell me who I'm actually building an audience of vs who my paying customer is. Be specific and blunt, not vague. (Example format: "You're building an audience of scrollers who want free inspiration. Your customer is a decision-maker ready to pay for a system.")
3. RED FLAGS — 3 signs from the data that I'm attracting the wrong crowd (e.g. wrong age skew, wrong geography for my offer, comments that are engagement-bait reactions instead of buyer signals, growth from viral/meme content unrelated to my offer).
4. GREEN FLAGS — anything in the data that shows I'm already attracting the right people, so I know what to double down on.
5. THE FIX — 3 concrete, executable changes to my content (not vague advice) that would shift my audience composition over the next 30 days. Each fix should name: what to post, what hook energy to use, and what it should make people feel or do. Anchor every fix to money, time, or freedom — not vanity metrics.
6. ONE-LINE VERDICT — should I keep going as-is, or am I building the wrong audience? No hedging.
Be direct. Don't soften a real mismatch to spare my feelings — I'd rather fix it now than find out in 6 months when nobody buys.
One tap, then paste it into Claude or ChatGPT with your data.
What You Get Back — reading your results
| Output | What it tells you |
|---|---|
| 01 — Score | 0–100. Below 50, you're growing an audience for someone else's offer, not yours. |
| 02 — Diagnosis | The one sentence that names, in plain terms, who's actually watching you vs who's supposed to be paying you. |
| 03 — Red Flags | The specific data points quietly repelling buyers and attracting freebie-hunters. |
| 04 — Green Flags | What's already working — don't fix what isn't broken. |
| 05 — The Fix | Three executable content moves for the next 30 days, each anchored to money, time, or freedom. |
| 06 — Verdict | Keep going, or change course. No hedging, no "it depends." |
Leverage beats hustle.
