3 Digital Products That Don't Look Like Everyone Else's

Yes, everyone on Instagram is selling an ebook, a template, or a course right now. That's not actually the problem - the problem is most of them look and sound exactly the same. You don't need a new product type. You need a sharper angle on these three. Here's how to package each one so it doesn't blend into the feed.

The product isn't the differentiator anymore. The angle is.

Scroll any niche for five minutes and you'll see the same three products with different covers. That's not a sign the market is saturated - it's a sign most people stopped one step too early, at the format, instead of pushing to the specific promise underneath it. These three angles fix that.
Angle 1

The One-Question Ebook

Stop trying to write a whole ebook. Write the answer to one DM you keep getting.

Most ebooks blend into the feed because they try to cover a whole topic instead of answering the one question people would actually pay to have solved. Scroll your own DMs and find the question you've answered twenty times. That's the entire ebook. Structure it around: the problem, the mistake everyone makes, the fix, and the next step.
Pro Tip
The differentiator was never the ebook itself - it's the promise on the cover. "How to grow on Instagram" blends in. "The exact caption formula I used to get my first 1,000 followers" doesn't.
Angle 2

The Template + 2-Minute Walkthrough

A template alone is a commodity. A template with a two-minute video showing exactly how you use it is a system.

Templates are everywhere now, which means the file itself isn't the value anymore - the shortcut to actually using it is. Record a two-minute Loom or Reel showing yourself filling in the template from start to finish, and include it with the download. That single video is the difference between a template someone opens once and one they actually use.
Pro Tip
Niche the template down to a single moment, not a whole category. Not "a content calendar" - "the exact 7-day content plan I use the week before a launch."
Angle 3

The 3-Day Outcome Sprint

Nobody wants a course. They want the result the course promises - so sell them the sprint, not the syllabus.

The word "course" now signals "sits in my library forever, unfinished." A 3-day sprint signals "I can start this today and see something by Friday." Structure it as three short lessons, one per day, each ending in one task the person actually completes before unlocking the next. Momentum sells better than volume.
The Good News Is
Because it's positioned around an outcome instead of a curriculum, you can price it close to a full mini course while building a fraction of the content.
Real Talk

None of these need to be a brand-new idea.

They need to be your specific angle, in your own voice, solving the exact problem your audience already has - that's the part nobody can copy.
